MG100 at Beaulieu – Saturday 30th September 2023

A celebration of 100 years of MGs, will take place at Beaulieu on Saturday 30th September 2023…

A major event, featuring hundreds of MGs of all ages, will celebrate 100 years of the famous British sportscar marque in the picturesque parkland surroundings of the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu on Saturday 30 September 2023.

‘MG100 at Beaulieu’ is being organised by the Home Counties South region of the MG Owners Club and several hundred MGs are expected to attend with individual clubs taking part coming from across the region covering Dorset, Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire and Wiltshire. It is anticipated that it will also attract MG owners and enthusiasts from a much wider area.

The centenary event coincides with the opening, just a few days before, of a new exhibition at the National Motor Museum in the heart of the New Forest in Hampshire.  Opening on 16 September and running until 06 January 2024, ‘In Focus: The Magic of the Marque – 100 years of MG’ will chart the history of the company and its cars.

All ages of MG are welcome at MG100 from pre-war J-Types and Midgets through the massed ranks of classic TDs, MGAs, MGCs, MGBs and Magnettes to modern classics such as the RV8 and MGF as well as the latest all electric ZS and multi-award winning MG4.

As well as a colourful array of MGs the event will feature:

A public vote for the ‘Car of the Day’

A centenary timeline of MGs

Dedicated MGOC Club displays

Trade Stands

 

Advance tickets are now available for MG owners priced at £18 per adult (which is a significant discount on the normal Beaulieu admission price)

 Tickets include access to the event and all the Beaulieu attractions including the National Motor Museum, Palace House, World of Top Gear and Beaulieu Abbey. Tickets will also be available on the day at £18 per person for those arriving in an MG.
