ákoda Yeti, 2009

For the second year running, Skoda’s Czech-built five door ‘cross-over’ Yeti has been named as the ‘Most Satisfying Car to Own’, in the Auto Express Driver Power customer satisfaction survey. Owners’ feedback provided an overall satisfaction rating of 92.65 per cent.

The Yeti wasn’t alone in terms of Skoda accolades, for a total of three of the company’s models were placed in the top six for customer satisfaction.

In addition, the Superb was named by Auto Express readers as the ‘Best Family Car’, and the Yeti was ‘Best Compact Family Car’.  This model also won the award for the best ‘In-car tech’ (with an approval rating of 89.44 per cent), for its affordable and easy to operate ‘infotainment’ systems.

Our well-respected contributors live and breathe motor cars; aren’t we lucky?

Contributors to the site include talented, highly-respected people (so they tell me) on the hallowed membership list of the Guild of Motoring Writers, and from the similarly well thought-of Western Group of Motoring Writers. In addition there are valued contributions from other knowledgeable and capable motoring writers who have something useful to say about all aspects of driving and running vehicles in the 21st Century. All of our team are passionate about motor cars!
